An excellent opportunity has arisen to work as a Support Analyst*Account Manager for a large blue chip organisation. To qualify for this role you will have previously provided 2nd line application support to a number of users, using Peregrine, Basic Active Directory, SAP support, Tivoli and have supported Blackberrys. Your role will involve Business Development, Project Management and Technical Break*Fix. You will be tasked with out of hours support, project planning*scheduling, escalation management, reporting, SLA management, PC rebuilds, server support, printer support and daily tape management.
